Here is a step-by-step process for the NextGen Group Recruitment:



Step 1: Create an Application Ticket in Discord

  1. Join our Discord server and navigate to the "-Apply" channel.
  2. Click on "Apply Now" to initiate your application.
  3. A ticket will automatically be created for further communication with our HR Team.

Step 2: Wait for Review

  • Our HR Team will carefully review your application. This process may take some time, so please be patient.

Step 3: Receive Discord Roles

  • Upon approval, you’ll be assigned the necessary roles within our Discord server.
  • Once you receive the roles, you can proceed with the next steps (i.e., from Step 4).

Step 4: Set Up Your Profile Requirements

  1. Download the NextGen Logo:
    Retrieve the logo from the Avatar Section in Discord.
  2. Copy Your License Link:
    Access the License Section in Discord to copy your license link.

Step 5: Update Your TruckersMP Profile

  1. Upload the NextGen logo to your TruckersMP profile.
  2. Paste the copied license link in the "Bio" section of your profile.
  3. Remove any outdated links from your bio.

Step 6: Prepare Your Game Profile

  1. Download the NextGen Gaming Profile provided in Discord.

  2. Extract the downloaded file and place it in the "Profiles" folder of your ETS2 directory (located in your Documents folder).
  3. Note: You may buy new trucks and trailers, but do not change the liveries of existing ones.

Step 7: Download and Log in to TruckersMP

Step 8: Configure In-Game Settings

  1. Press TAB in-game to open the settings menu.
  2. Set your tag to NextGen-Group.
  3. Adjust your tag color settings: R:0, G:231, B:255.
  4. Save your configuration.

Step 9: Learn In-Game Chat Commands

  1. For General Chat:
    Press Y to chat with users within a 1 km radius.
  2. For VTC Chat:
    Type /vtc <message> to chat with NextGen Group members globally.
    Examples:
    • /vtc Hello everyone!
    • /vtc Ready for the convoy?

Step 10: Download the Trucky App

  • Install the Trucky App, our official distance calculator.

  • Stay active and drive regularly to compete for Driver of the Month and participate in exciting giveaways.


Step 11: Start Trucking!
